Digital products (printables): Your file is ready right after you order. We email you a download link — no shipping fee, no waiting.

Mugs and printed gifts: Each one is printed just for you. Making your mug takes 2–5 business days. Then we ship it and email you a tracking number.

Shipping cost: USA shipping on mugs is FREE. For other countries, the shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and taxes: If you order from outside the USA, your country may charge customs or tax. That cost is yours, not ours.

Please check your address carefully before you order. We cannot fix a wrong address after your mug ships.

Damaged or lost order: If your mug arrives broken, or your package gets lost, email us your order number at bestieboutiqueco.official@gmail.com — we will make it right.
